IMDM w/ L-Glutamine w/o Sodium Bicarbonate w/ 25 mM Hepes – P0191
Iscove’s medium (IMDM) is a modification of Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) containing selenium, additional amino acids and vitamins, sodium pyruvate, HEPES buffer, and potassium nitrate instead of ferric nitrate .
IMDM supports murine B lymphocytes,hemopoietic tissue from bone marrow, B cells stimulated with lipopolysaccharide, T lymphocytes, and a variety of hybrid cells.
Its formulation is sodium bicarbonate-free and contains L-Glutamine and Hepes (25mM)

Cell culture
Formulation is without sodium bicarbonate, and, with L-Glutamine and Phenol Red
Glucose concentration : 4.5g/L
To supplement with sodium bicarbonate,
Addition of sodium bicarbonate 7.5% solution (ref: L0680) : 40.3 ml/l
Addition of sodium bicarbonate powder (ref: P2060) : 3.024 g/l
