Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) w/o Calcium w/o Magnesium – P0750

Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) w/o Calcium w/o Magnesium – P0750

DPBS buffer is a saline solution used to maintain cells in vitro. It is commonly used during cell passaging to remove trypsin inhibitors by washing, or during cell counting when dilution is required. DPBS is also used as a dilution buffer for reagents and/or samples in protein and cellular analysis assays (Western blot, immunocytochemistry, ELISA, etc.).

This product has neither calcium nor magnesium ions in its composition so it doesn’t inhibit the activity of the trypsin.
