DMEM High Glucose w/o L-Glutamine w/ Sodium Pyruvate – L0106

Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle medium (DMEM) is formulated to preserve and maintain the growth of a large panel of mammalian cells. Supplemented with fetal bovine serum, DMEM High Glucose is suitable for the proliferation of cells with high energy requirements.

Its formulation, free of L-Glutamine, contains sodium pyruvate.

Cell culture

Glucose concentration : 4.5 g/L

To supplement with L-Glutamine,
Addition of L-Glutamine 100X, 200mM solution (ref: X0550) : 20 ml/l
Addition of L-Glutamine powder (ref: P1031) : 0.584 g/l

Supplements should be added to the medium as sterile supplements.
