McCoy’s 5A w/ L-Glutamine w/o Sodium Bicarbonate – P0390
Originally developed to support liver tumor cells, this medium allows the culture of primary cells from a wide range of tissues (bone marrow, skin, kidney, lung, rat embryos …). Furthermore, it is also an excellent medium for the growth of a broad range of human and rat normal or transformed cell lines.
The medium is sodium bicarbonate-free and contains L-Glutamine.

Cell culture
Formulation is without sodium bicarbonate, and, with L-Glutamine and Phenol Red
Glucose concentration : 3g/L
To supplement with sodium bicarbonate,
Addition of sodium bicarbonate 7.5% solution (ref: L0680) : 29.3 ml/l
Addition of sodium bicarbonate powder (ref: P2060) : 2.2 g/l
