Glasgow MEM BHK 21 w/ L-Glutamine w/o Sodium Bicarbonate w/o Tryptose Phosphate Broth – P0120
GMEM was originally formulated for the culture of BHK 21 cells, modifying the formulation of BME by adding Tryptose Phosphate and twice the concentration of amino acids and vitamins.
Biowest GMEM contains neither sodium bicarbonate nor Tryptose Phosphate Broth.

Cell culture
Formulation is without sodium bicarbonate and tryptose phosphate, and, with L-Glutamine and Phenol Red
Glucose concentration : 4.5g/L
To supplement with sodium bicarbonate,
Addition of sodium bicarbonate 7.5% solution (ref: L0680) : 36.7 ml/l
Addition of sodium bicarbonate powder (ref: P2060) : 2.75 g/l
