Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is designed to preserve and maintain the growth of a broad spectrum of mammalian cell types.
Biowest DMEM High Glucose corresponds to the original formulation with 4500 mg/L of glucose Supplemented with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), DMEM allows the proliferation of cell types, who need high energy requirements.
Its formulation is sodium bicarbonate-free and sodium pyruvate-free. It contains L-Glutamine.

Glucose concentration : 4.5g/L
To supplement with sodium bicarbonate,
Addition of sodium bicarbonate 7.5% solution (ref: L0680) : 49.3 ml/l
Addition of sodium bicarbonate powder (ref: P2060) : 3.7 g/l
