Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle medium (DMEM) is formulated to preserve and maintain the growth of a large panel of mammalian cells. Supplemented with fetal bovine serum, DMEM High Glucose is suitable for the proliferation of cells with high energy requirements.
Its formulation, free of sodium pyruvate, contains stable Glutamine and Hepes (25 mM).
