Shipments & deliveries
Please report to the building entrance located to the right of the loading docks upon arrival (see photo opposite).
Collections take place Monday to Friday at the following times:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday at the following times:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Visitor entrance
Visitor reception takes place at the main entrance of the site (see map above).
Please report to reception upon arrival and wait for a staff member to come and escort you.
All visits must be scheduled in advance with your Biowest contact.
Visitor reception hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:15 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm
- Friday: 8:15 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm
