Accutase® – L0950
Accutase® is a ready-to-use cell detachment solution composed of proteolytic and collagenolytic enzymes. It can replace trypsin/EDTA during cell passages. It can also be used on cells in suspension to reduce their agglutination for counting.
Accutase® has been shown to be effective on a wide range of primary cells and cell lines, such as fibroblasts, keratinocytes, vascular endothelial cells, hepatocytes, vascular smooth muscle cells, bone marrow stem cells, adherent CHO and BHK cells, 293 cells, L929 cells, 3T3 cells, Vero, HeLa.
