Nanomycopulitine® is an innovative method for treatment and prevention of bacterial contamination in cell cultures.
Nanomycopulitine® can be used in vitro to eliminate contamination already present in cell cultures and to prevent their recontamination. The use of Nanomycopulitine® on mycoplasma-infected cell lines is one of the main applications of this innovative agent.

Applications
This toxin has the advantages required for appropriate application in routine cell culture, because it :
- Kills bacteria in both logarithmic and stationary life cycle phases
- Has a broad spectrum of activity against Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria as well as mycoplasma
- Does not affect normal cell metabolism or enzymatic function
- Does not contain excipients or buffers that negatively influence cell growth
- Is stable in liquid form under normal storage conditions and also in cell culture to ensure protection
- Is non-toxic and safe for human handling
