MCDB 151 – L1203
MCDB-151 is a modification of Ham’s-F12 medium. It is designed for the growth of human keratinocytes requiring a low protein content. This medium also allows the growth of more specific cells requiring either specific hormones and growth factors or dialyzed fetal bovine serum.
MCDB 151 medium supports human microvascular endothelial cells culture. It is recommended to use the medium with growth factors like EGF or hormones like hydrocortisone.
